Pirots 3 Ireland
Pirots 3 is the ELK Studios slot where four armed birds collect gems while a caged vulture waits for his key. We read the paytable and rules screens, so the Pirots 3 demo and the real game are explained from the source.

Pirots 3 heads out west
Pirots 3 moves the birds to a Wild West town: saloon fronts, a bank signed open for robbery and a roller coaster behind the grid. This Pirots 3 slot game has no paylines. If you searched for Pirots 3 ELK Studios or the ELK Pirots 3 page, this is the third game in the studio's main series.
This part is built around conflict. Birds shoot it out in duels, a masked vulture waits for a key, and a train can carry a bird across the grid. Clear the whole grid in the right feature and a Coin Game opens, with scorpions among the money bags.
The Pirots 3 release date needs a note. One listing gives an exclusive launch on 5 June 2024 and a wide release on 25 June 2024. ELK's page gives no date, so treat 25 June 2024 as the general one.
Which release date is right?. You may see 5 June, 25 June and other dates from 23 May to 17 September 2024 quoted online. ELK's page gives none. We use 25 June 2024 as the wide release, because most independent reviews agree on it, and one listing explains 5 June as an exclusive window.
Your first rounds, step by step
- Load the Pirots 3 demo or open the game in a lobby.
- Open the menu at top left and read Paytable and Rules.
- Set your bet with the coin stack button at bottom left. ELK lists €0.20 to €100, and a site's limit may be lower.
- Press the large round button and note where the four birds land.
- Follow what each bird collects, and which gem colours get upgraded.
- Check the cage at top left. If a key was collected, the Bandit comes down when the birds stop.
- Count the skull slots on the right. Three Bonus symbols start the Free Drops.
- Leave X-iter until you know these rounds, and set your loss limit before buying.
How the grid pays
Each bird collects gems of its own colour plus every feature symbol it can reach, and each gem pays at its current level. Some listings say birds move in all directions when they have access. The rules screens add no more detail.
After a collection, some listings say remaining symbols and birds fall and new ones come in from above. When the birds can collect no more, a stored meter release, a duel or the Bandit can still fire.
The symbol collection meter above the grid fills from gems and wilds the birds collect. Several reviews agree that a full meter stores one release, up to three can wait, and they fire when the birds run out of moves, in the first Free Drop of a Bonus Game, or just before dynamite blows. A release turns a random number of gems into feature symbols.
ELK's data sheet gives a hit frequency of 25.2%, so roughly one round in four returns something. It says nothing about size: a level 1 blue or green gem pays 0.05x.
Grid size: 8x7, 7x8 or 6x8?. Listings quote 8x7, 7x8, 6x8 and even 8 reels. We follow ELK's product sheet and the rules screen: 6 columns by 7 rows at the start, up to 8 rows by 7 columns after dynamite. The orientation changes from writer to writer, the size does not.

Four birds, one masked vulture
A bird boxed in by other colours is stuck until the grid changes. A transform jug recolours gems next to the collecting bird, peanuts bridge empty cells and a duel shoots holes in the layout. The Bandit takes any colour, which makes him a fast way to empty the grid.
Red birdRed gems and all feature symbolsBlack hat, sheriff's star, small teal parrot on the shoulder. Top-paying colour, 30x at level 7.
Purple birdPurple gems and all feature symbolsEye patch, bullet belt and knife. 15x at level 7.
Green birdGreen gems and all feature symbolsBrown waistcoat and red neckerchief. 10x at level 7.
Blue birdBlue gems and all feature symbolsBowler hat and blond fringe. Lowest top value, 7.5x at level 7.
The BanditGems of any colour and feature symbols once freed, as reviews reportCaged until a key is collected, then duels the birds. His collections do not fill the meter.
Pirots 3 rules: every symbol
| Symbol | Name | What it does | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
![]() | Red gem Gem | Seven levels, from a small cut stone to a red owl in a gold hat. Pays 0.10x to 30x. | The richest colour, so upgrades here are worth the most. |
![]() | Purple gem Gem | Seven levels, ending in a purple owl. Pays 0.10x to 15x. | Half the red figure at the top level. |
![]() | Green gem Gem | Seven levels, ending in a green owl. Pays 0.05x to 10x. | Needs upgrades before it counts. |
![]() | Blue gem Gem | Seven levels, ending in a blue owl. Pays 0.05x to 7.5x. | The cheapest colour, behind a lot of small collections. |
![]() | Silver horseshoe (Upgrade) Feature | Raises one gem colour by 1, 2 or 3 levels, up to level 7. | Later collections of that colour pay more. |
![]() | Gold horseshoe (Upgrade All) Feature | Raises all four gem colours at once by 1, 2 or 3 levels. | It lifts every bird's collection together. |
![]() | Wild Wild | Substitutes for any gem at that gem's current level. | Worth more after upgrades. |
![]() | Black bandit wild Wild | Represents the gem that currently pays the most. | It always takes the best current gem value. |
![]() | Coin bag Coin | Pays its printed value times the active bet level. ELK's artwork runs from 2x to 2,500x. | Pays with no gem level involved. |
![]() | Max Win coin Coin | Immediately pays whatever is left to reach the maximum win. | The one symbol that jumps straight to the ceiling. |
![]() | Dynamite Feature | Explodes symbols and expands the grid. Shown as a stick bundle and a TNT crate. | Grid size carries through the Bonus Game. |

Pirots 3 paytable
Times bet, per gem collected, read from the Symbol Payout screen in a session at a €1.00 bet.
| Gem colour | Level 1 | Level 2 | Level 3 | Level 4 | Level 5 | Level 6 | Level 7 |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 0.10x | 0.25x | 0.50x | 0.75x | 2.50x | 7.50x | 30x | |
| 0.10x | 0.20x | 0.40x | 0.60x | 1.60x | 5x | 15x | |
| 0.05x | 0.15x | 0.30x | 0.45x | 1.20x | 3.75x | 10x | |
| 0.05x | 0.10x | 0.20x | 0.30x | 0.80x | 2.50x | 7.50x |

Where the value climbs
The rules screens show no running multiplier. Value climbs in two ways: gems move up seven levels through horseshoes, and coin bags pay a printed amount times your bet. Level 1 to level 7 takes a red gem from 0.10x to 30x, a 300-fold jump.
So a Pirots 3 big win usually needs gems collected after upgrades, or a large coin bag.
The Pirots 3 max win is 10,000x, shown in the game as €1,000,000 on the maximum bet. It is a limit written into the game and says nothing about how often a round gets near it.
| Source | Value | How it applies |
|---|---|---|
| Gem levels | 0.05x to 30x per gem | Set by colour and level. |
| Upgrade | +1 to +3 levels | One gem colour, capped at level 7. |
| Upgrade All | +1 to +3 levels | All four gem colours. |
| Wild | Current gem level | Substitutes at that level. |
| Black bandit wild | Highest-paying gem | Takes the best current value. |
| Coin bags | 2x to 2,500x in ELK's artwork | Printed value times bet level. |
| Max Win coin | Remainder up to 10,000x | Pays what is left to the maximum. |
10,000x or 15,000x max win?. One demo page we saw quotes 15,000x. ELK's sheets and the in-game screen give 10,000x, shown as €1,000,000 at the €100 maximum bet, so that is the figure we use.
Duels, heists and peanuts
| Feature | Trigger | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Gunslingers duel | Two adjacent birds have a random chance. Three or more adjacent birds always duel. | They move apart and shoot in straight or diagonal directions, collecting anything they hit (product sheet). Reviews call this Showdown. |
| Bandit's escape | A bird collects a key. The Bandit lands when the birds cannot collect more. | He collects any colour and duels the birds until he is defeated. If he beats all four, the Coin Game follows (see the FAQ). |
| Train Heist | A bird collects a symbol on a train backdrop and the same bird can collect one on the opposite side. | Two or four edge positions carry the backdrop. The train awards 1, 2 or 3 feature symbols before the bird gets off at the far station. |
| Coin Game | The entire grid is cleared during the peanut feature or the Bandit's escape. | Birds lasso falling coin bags, paid at value times bet level. A bird that catches a scorpion is out. |
| Dynamite | A bird collects a dynamite symbol. | Symbols explode and the grid grows to as much as 8 rows by 7 columns. Some reviews add that birds and non-feature symbols are removed and reloaded. |
| Peanut | A bird collects the peanut box. | Empty spaces fill with peanuts, letting each bird cross once to reach groups that were cut off. |
| Symbol collection meter | Birds collect gems and wilds. The Bandit's collections do not count. | A full meter stores one release of feature symbols, up to three. We found no stated fill amount, so we give none. |
Can the bird reach the train's far side?. A rule going around says the bird cannot reach the opposite side. The rules screen and ELK's product sheet say the same bird must be able to collect a symbol there, so we follow them.
How does the Coin Game end?. Some reviews say it ends when all birds are out, others when one scorpion is collected. The rules screen says a bird that catches a scorpion is out, so we use the first reading. Check the Rules page in your version.

Pirots 3 Bonus and Super Bonus
Collect three gold bull skulls in one round and the Pirots 3 bonus starts. It runs on Free Drops, this game's version of free spins. You get 5, according to reviews and listings, and ELK's Super Bonus intro screen also shows 5. A couple of reviews say each further Bonus symbol adds one drop.
Four things persist between drops: grid size, meter progress, further Bonus symbols and gem levels. An early upgrade keeps working for every later drop, and that is where the value builds.
The Pirots 3 Super Bonus plays on the maximum grid, and its Upgrade symbols upgrade all gems. Buying it through X-iter is confirmed by the in-game panel. The free route is less clear: some reviews say three Bonus symbols including a Super Bonus symbol, while one listing shows it as X-iter only. The rules screens we have do not settle it, so check the Rules page in your version.
Pirots 3 Bonus vs Super Bonus
| Bonus | Super Bonus | |
|---|---|---|
| How it starts | Three gold bull skulls collected in one round | X-iter confirmed, free route unclear, so check the Rules page |
| X-iter price | 100x bet | 500x bet |
| Free Drops | 5, per reviews and listings | 5, on the intro screen |
| Grid at the start | The size you had at trigger | Maximum grid, 8 rows by 7 columns |
| Upgrade symbols | Normal Upgrade rules | Upgrade symbols upgrade all gems |
| Carried between drops | Grid size, meter, further Bonus symbols, gem levels | Grid size, meter, further Bonus symbols, gem levels |
How do you reach the Super Bonus free?. A few reviews say three Bonus symbols including a Super Bonus symbol, and one listing says X-iter only. The rules screens show the symbol but no explicit trigger, so this is unresolved. Buying it through X-iter is confirmed in the game panel.

Pirots 3 bonus buy: X-iter
X-iter is the Pirots 3 bonus buy menu, with five modes priced as multiples of your bet. ELK's data sheet gives one RTP of 94.0% with no table per mode, and one review also lists the buy RTP at 94%. We found no breakdown from ELK, so we state none.
Availability depends on the casino and jurisdiction, so check the game lobby. A Pirots 3 online casino lobby may show the menu in full, in part or not at all. The price is paid up front and can be lost in full.
| Mode | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus Hunt | 3x bet | More than four times the chance to trigger the bonus (product sheet). |
| Bandit Jailbreak | 25x bet | A guaranteed Bandit's escape, at the end of the round (third-party listings). |
| Coin Game | 50x bet | Guaranteed entry to the Coin Game (third-party listings). |
| Bonus | 100x bet | Guaranteed entry to the Bonus Game (third-party listings). |
| Super Bonus | 500x bet | One drop with guaranteed Super Bonus entry, on the maximum grid, with Upgrade symbols upgrading all gems (in-game panel). |

Pirots 3 free play runs on virtual credits. The Pirots 3 ELK page has a demo launch link, and review sites embed the same Pirots 3 game. This Pirots 3 free demo uses the grid, birds, features and rules described here, so it is a cheap way to learn when a duel fires.
Credits cannot be withdrawn, and a demo Pirots 3 round gives no sense of how a long dry run feels with real money. On a game rated 8 of 10 for volatility, that is the part that matters.
Demo results do not predict real-money play. A strong Bonus Game in the Pirots 3 slot demo says nothing about your next session.
If the Pirots 3 online client will not load, start with the browser. ELK says it uses canvas and WebGL and detects desktop, tablet or mobile. Update the browser, switch on hardware acceleration, turn off blockers for the page and reload. ELK recommends 1600x900 or 16:9 on desktop.
Pirots 3 RTP and volatility
The Pirots 3 RTP is 94.0% in ELK's data sheet and product sheet. One review mentions a 96.63% variant, but no ELK document we read shows it. To see the value for your version, open the menu in the loaded game and choose Rules.
ELK rates volatility at 8 of 10. With a 94% return, long stretches of small hits are normal, since level 1 gems pay as little as 0.05x while features and top levels carry far more. A session can sit well below 94% for a long time and still be behaving as designed.
Public trackers show how noisy short samples are. On 1 November 2026, one tracker's hot and cold panel showed 100.68% across 1,168 spins in the last four hours. That sample is far too small to mean anything. RTP is a long-run average, not a promise about your session.
94% or 96.63% RTP?. One review mentions a 96.63% variant, and a comparison page gave about 96.2%. ELK's data sheet and product sheet show only 94.0%, so we use that. Open Rules in the loaded game to see the value for your version.
Pirots 3 strengths and limits
What works
- Duels, a train and a Bandit can each rescue a position that looked finished.
- Gem levels and grid size carry through the Bonus Game.
- X-iter prices run from 3x to 500x where the menu is offered.
- Triggers are clearly stated on the rules screens.
What to watch
- A 94% RTP is low, and ELK's sheets list no higher version.
- Volatility of 8 of 10 means dry runs, and low-level gems pay very little.
- X-iter can be limited or absent, and a buy can lose its full price.
Pirots 3 reviews from players in Ireland
Duels change the maths
Two birds landing on the same spot and shooting it out is the best idea in the series. Lost my blue bird in one, won a red upgrade in the next. Keeps you watching every round.
Verified playerThe train actually matters
Train Heist went through the middle of a 7-row grid and the birds picked up everything it left behind. Took me a while to understand why the page rates this part higher than the second one. Now I get it.
Verified playerBandit is fun, Coin Game less so
The Bandit stealing gems and then being chased is great to watch. The Coin Game at 50x was dull in comparison. Four stars because the western look is the best in the series.
Verified playerPeanuts for the greedy bird
Small thing, but the peanut symbol pulling a bird across the grid turned a nothing round into a full meter. Playing at 20 cent on an iPad in the evenings.
Verified playerSame prices as Pirots 2
Good to see Bonus Hunt still at 3x. I checked the X-iter menu in my lobby and it matched the table on this page line for line, including Bandit Jailbreak at 25x.
Verified playerDynamite instead of bombs
The grid only grows in one direction here, up to eight rows, and dynamite is scarcer than the bombs in part one. Rounds feel tighter. Played it on a Samsung phone, runs smooth.
Verified playerThese reviews come from readers who sent us their notes on this part by email and through the mailing list that ran before the site opened. We show six at a time with a first name and a town, swap each photo for a generated portrait, and every rating received counts towards the score above.
Pirots 3 and its neighbours
- Grid: Pirots 3 starts at 6 columns by 7 rows and reaches 8 rows by 7 columns. Third-party listings give Pirots 2 as 6x6 expanding to 8x8.
- Setting: a Wild West town with saloons and a roller coaster, in place of the dinosaur world of Pirots 2.
- New systems: Gunslingers duels, the caged Bandit released by a key and the Train Heist are not in the Pirots 2 feature lists we saw.
- Feature symbols: Pirots 3 has dynamite, peanuts and transform jugs, while the Pirots 2 feature lists we saw name Popcorn, Mushroom and Egg.
Pirots 3 review: our verdict
Pirots 3 is the busy one. The core is simple: birds collect their colour, gems level up, the grid grows. Duels, a jailbreak, a train and a scorpion-filled Coin Game sit on top, each with a clear trigger in the rules.
The price is a 94% RTP and high volatility. Use the demo to learn the triggers, treat 10,000x as a limit and not a target, and only pay for X-iter with money you are prepared to lose.
Questions readers actually ask
A bird must collect a symbol on a train backdrop, and that same bird must be able to collect one on the opposite side. A version going around, that the bird cannot reach the far side, does not match the rules. You then get 1, 2 or 3 feature symbols.
A collected key frees him once the birds run out of moves, and the 25x Bandit Jailbreak buys the same escape. Some reviews say that if he beats all four he collects everything on the grid, triggering the Coin Game, and that fits the rules screen. If a bird beats him, reviews say the bird stays and his collected wins are paid.
It starts when the grid is cleared during the peanut feature or the Bandit's escape, or through the 50x X-iter mode. A bird that catches a scorpion is out, and reviews say the game ends when no characters are left.
No. Two adjacent birds only have a random chance, while three or more always trigger the duel. It can open up a grid that had gone dead.
ELK publishes no odds, so we give none. The 3x Bonus Hunt gives more than four times the chance to trigger the bonus, but the sheet does not apply that to the Super Bonus. The confirmed route is the 500x X-iter mode where available.
We cannot audit the game, but a losing run alone is not evidence. ELK says independent test centres certify its games. With 94% RTP, 8 of 10 volatility and a 25.2% hit frequency, about three rounds in four return nothing and much of the value sits in rare rounds. Long losing stretches are what those numbers predict.
The setting moves from a dinosaur world to a Wild West town. Third-party listings give Pirots 2 as 6x6 expanding to 8x8, while Pirots 3 starts at 6 columns by 7 rows and reaches 8 rows by 7 columns. The Bandit's escape, Gunslingers duels, Train Heist and scorpion Coin Game are absent from that Pirots 2 feature list. RTP and max win stay at 94% and 10,000x.
